Ishmael spent much of his childhood living in poverty and some of his 30’s & 40’s struggling to get a sound understanding on how to really manage money and possessions well. That understanding came through receiving a formal education, obtaining certifications, and as a volunteer financial educator. Ishmael brings personal experience, comprehension, and understanding intended to influence a take-action approach for anyone to improve their financial situations and relationships.

Ishmael is a strong advocate of financial education, financial literacy, and life stewardship. Ishmael is on a mission to partner with individuals, households, groups, and organizations to help them build a culture of financial wellness and financial wellness champions.

Champion Financial Consulting, LLC is created to ‘fill the gap’ that exists in the underserved financial services market – the market where some income earners do not normally receive professional financial advice and have a less-than-adequate knowledge of personal finance and managing their possessions.

The Champion Mission: design and deliver comprehensive programming in financial education, financial literacy, and stewardship for individuals, households, groups, and organizations that motivate and influence their members, patrons, and employees to take action toward improving their current financial situation, build a culture of financial wellness, and to ultimately build financial wellness champions.
